Work Execution
Operative Work Execution. The Work Execution module group builds together with the module group Maintenance Concept Executive edition of the IPS-ENERGY™ System. This module group was developed for management of the operative maintenance actions. All maintenance action templates which are defined within the Maintenance Concept module group will be used within the Work Execution module group. Management of the operative maintenance is only possible within Executive and Enterprise editions of the IPS-ENERGY™ System.
Usage
What you can do within module group - Work Execution:
- Execute and document all needed maintenance actions and their tasks
- Get all the maintenance/commissioning templates by just selecting maintenance object
- Get all the maintenance templates by selecting location (all templates assigned to location type)
- Get and see all the maintenance history of all maintenance actions
- Manage all operative tasks by:
- Execute task
- Evaluate task
- Create or take over foreign Work Orders (SAP PM, MAXIMO…)
- Assign all executed actions to any work order
- Manage very complex activities eg Commissioning
- Assign several operative actions to one complex group actions in order to group activities and simplify reporting
- Manage safety test after DIN, IEC or BS by using interface for direct data importing from Gossen Metrawatt devices SECUTEST and PROFITEST
- Import results from various test software
- Get all necessary reports for operative maintenance execution inclusive all measurements and all test results
- Possibility to assign notification to actions and tasks including statistic
