IPS^® Enterprise Report Studio

With the IPS^® Enterprise Report Studio, you have the power to easily craft your own reports, complete with page layouts and content that references IPS®ENERGY database fields. The key advantage is that you can do all this without relying on IPS, allowing you to design reports on your terms.

Module Overview

Report Designer allows you to define report context (i.e., where you want to use the report), its contents, and its layout.

The Report Designer includes bands you can add, such as

• Report Title
• Report Summary
• Page Headers and Footers
• Overlay, which adds a printed background on every page report if desired
• Other options

The report can include objects, text, pictures, shapes, tables, barcodes, etc., making the report easy to read and ready to convey complex information to internal or external stakeholders.

The report can be previewed, printed, or emailed within the IPS^®ERS. Additionally, the report can be saved in a supported format (such as .doc, .xls, .pdf, and others.)
