Technical Project Manager

Your responsibilities

  • Full lifecycle project management accountability from initiation to closure and ensuring that all activities are delivered on time within scope and budget
  • Coordinating and leading projects, meetings, workshops and training with IPS in-depth knowledge (modules, data context, processes)
  • Manage the development of IPS system concept and design according to industry standards
  • Definition of user sprints, project delivery plan, organization of software delivery with IT and DevOps
  • Responsible for monitoring the complete technical aspects of the project and defining corrective measures
  • Manage client relationships and preparation of documents to inform the stakeholders
  • Work with subject matter experts, support user training and knowledge transfer
  • Manage team responsibilities, workload distribution and control project deliverables
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation following the IPS implementation methodology
  • Act as the single point of contact for all projects, provide status updates and reports for all stakeholders
  • Ticket management, change request management, tracking milestones and triggering invoicing
  • Active participation in the tendering process and early stages of the projects

Your Energy

  • Demonstrable experience working as a Project Manager or similar with a successful implementation of enterprise applications with all project lifecycle phases
  • Technical background is more than welcome, and decent domain knowledge in the power industry (transmission and distribution systems is an asset)
  • Organized, proactive and able to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Demonstrable ability to work with stakeholders and influence at all levels
  • Proven experience in Agile/Scrum project delivery with experience using PM tools
  • Project management qualification/certification (e.g., PMP/PMI/etc.) is an asset
  • Skilled in negotiations with customers
  • Collaboration with all team members
  • Good knowledge of the English language (German would be beneficial)
